Great location; very clean; great view; great beach nearby! Positive: Great location 5 minutes walking from Mullet Bay Beach; also, the property has their own pool between Tower A and Tower B. Breakfast is available at the pool, at $19 (or included, depending on reservation at accommodation) but is maintained by 3rd party Fairway Restaurant (2 options, nothing fancy, but enough: continental breakfast or french breakfast) Mullet Bay is really a nice beach: someone can find on the beach: just sunbeds to rent ($30 per day, 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella) or can go to Kalatua Beach Club (really nice; book in advance). There is Carrefour Market nearby to buy everything you need; also, 2 min walking there are lots of restaurants to have breakfast / lunch / dinner with reasonable prices for SXM. If you need transportation /transfers etc. - at the ground floor / Concierge at Tower A there is Sakura Management (ask for Mirela / Thomas / Dre) - who can drive you anywhere with nice & clean vans, at the same prices like the regular taxis on the island; they are really gentle and helpful !! In the end, I would to mention Mr. Emanuel - property manager, who is doing a great job in managing this property! Negative: Everything was just fine!

Fantastisk! Positive: Flott leilighet med nydelig utsikt og høy standard. God beliggenhet til både Mullet bay beah og butikker og restauranter. Negative: Det meste var perfekt, men hadde noen utfordringer med wifi på tv som ble løst av utleier.

It was amazing. Our suite was breathtaking. 10-15 minutes from the airport. There is a beach across the street and it wa Positive: The decor. Its close to the beach. My sister paid extra for the birthday package ( champagne, cake, balloons) and it was so cute. The property is clean and updated. It has all the amenities needed. I really loved our stay there. Negative: I wish they had a full length mirror in our suite but that's just me being EXTRA 😩
