Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

Payment and Deposit

Upon making a reservation, the guest is required to pay 100% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. Please note that this payment is non-refundable 30 days prior to the check-in date.

In addition to the booking cost, the guest must provide a credit card imprint before arrival. An amount of $500 will be held on the guest's credit card as a security deposit during their stay, which will be initiated at the moment of check-in. Failure to provide a valid credit card for the security deposit will result in cancellation of the booking.

Please note that these terms are non-negotiable, and by making a reservation, the guest agrees to these payment and deposit conditions.

Deposit Release

The $500 security deposit held on the guest's credit card during their stay will be released after the guest's departure, following a thorough inspection of the apartment. If no damages are found, the deposit will be released in full. However, in the event that damages are found, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is released. The guest will be notified and provided with an itemized list of any deductions made.

Please note that by making a reservation, the guest agrees to this deposit release policy.

Cancellation

Guests are granted a grace period of 4 hours from the time of reservation creation during which they may cancel their booking without penalty. Any deposit paid during this period will be fully refunded.

If a guest cancels their reservation more than 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival, they will be entitled to a full refund of the total price of their stay.

However, if a guest cancels their reservation within 30 days of their scheduled arrival, they will not be eligible for a refund. The total amount of the stay will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Please note that by making a reservation, the guest agrees to this cancellation policy.

No-Show

In the event that a guest does not show up for their reservation (a 'no-show'), the total amount of the stay will not be refunded. This is equivalent to the cancellation fee as outlined in our Cancellation policy.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
