I would avoid this accommodation Positive: It has a great view of Mullet Bay. You can walk to Mullet bay beach which is beautiful. They have free filtered water The AC works perfectly and the Hairdryer is a good one And they have beach chairs and they have an umbrella too. They have some free drinks in the refrigerator Negative: This is a property in a higher price range, so my expectations were understandably higher, but unfortunately the experience did not reflect that. Check-in was disorganized. Upon arrival, we were left outside in the heat without clear instructions on where to go, and no one greeted us. Only after calling the property did someone come to let us into the building. We waited outside for quite some time in the scorching heat We were then placed in a room where the shower ceiling and floor had extensive black mold. I contacted the hotel, and while they apologized, no immediate solution or refund was offered. It was only after I contacted Booking.com that compensation was proposed. The fact that the room was assigned in this condition raises concerns not only for guests but also for staff regularly exposed to the same environment full of black mold Additional issues included: - Very slow WiFi - In-room safe not functioning, even after attempted repair - A $500 deposit, which felt excessive for this type of stay - Extra fees such as a $5 charge for a lost keycard, which feels unnecessary at this price point - The beach towels are very thin, they don’t dry you off. They need to give you real big towels that can dry you too. Overall, the experience did not match the standards expected for a property in this price range, particularly regarding cleanliness, organization, guest care and their own staff care.

Fantastique ! Positive: La suite est magnifique, décorée avec goûts et la vue sur la mer est incroyable ! Le propriétaire est très agréable et très réactif, merci à lui. Bon petit déjeuner au restaurant avec vu sur la piscine ! Bref rien à redire, parfait !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Positive: Breakfast was great, all facilities associated with the property were great. Negative: Our only negative comment is that there was no information in English as to how to operate the TV stations, we found it hard to find news stations in English that would actually connect.

Right near Kalatua Beach club which is fabulous. Positive: Attentive and professional staff. Very close to the beach. Negative: Building an apartment are a bit dated.

Amazing stay. We couldn’t have picked a better place Positive: Location and property are amazing. The suite was absolutely gorgeous with everything you need (beach chairs , umbrella, coffee and beautiful view). The pool was beautiful and had space in both shade and sun. The breakfast at the pool restaurant was something special. Cyril will treat you like a celebrity. He would customize your meal and greet you like a friend.
