Perfect Beachfront Experience in St. Martin Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at Mullet Bay Suites. The apartments are spacious, spotless, and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Having an oceanfront unit made the experience even more special — waking up to that view never gets old. The location is unbeatable, right in front of what we believe is the best beach on the island: Mullet Bay. The beach is stunning, calm, and perfect for swimming or just relaxing, and being able to walk straight onto it was a huge plus. A special thank you to Thomas at the front desk, who truly made our stay exceptional. He gave us incredibly valuable local tips and went above and beyond to help us get around — almost like having a private taxi at our disposal. It was extremely convenient, and on top of that, he was just a great person to meet and a fantastic resource throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Mullet Bay Suites to anyone visiting St. Martin. Negative: Not that many good restaurants nearby

Recommend Positive: Perfect location for exploring the island. Nice apartment in new building, I think one of the highest on island. Nice view, good parking spot in front of the building. Daniel and Alina

Accommodation and staff were lovely, however, the issues at the time of depart ruined the experience Positive: The arrival and pickup at the airport was very costly but easy . Hospitality on Day 1 was top notch from airport to taking us to our suite. The suite was well decorated, clean and comfortable. Love the pool, Cyril at the restaurant was amazing and the hospitality and service from one of the concierge Tomas. Negative: I purchased a hotel transfer online, paid what was later found out as a "transaction fee": and the actual amount was to be paid in cash to another company independent of the hotel. I was not aware I had to pay "cash" as on the day of arrival, I was told a link will be provided to pay the transfer which apparently goes to someone else. I never received the link. On my day of checkout, I was told a cash payment was required. Who has cash at the end of their vacation? Card transaction failed on both of my cards (including the one that paid for all my transactions plus a security deposit) and eventually went through on my girlfriend's card. ( on a side note my card worked several times at the airport) My issue here was the suite was 5 minutes away from the airport, I was not aware the transfer was a different company as all options were available on the same site. The concierge Tomas was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation and was very professional up to our dropped. The other male concierge was extremely rude and at times, argumentative. They also eluded to the fact we were trying not to pay them. Although I enjoyed my stay, this last day and experience left a bad taste. Second thing was I chose a package that included breakfast. This was not available on the Sunday (not sure if all Sundays or just that one). We were told this when we checked in, however was still charged and had to find breakfast elsewhere. The location is isolated from entertainment though lovely but to get to anywhere with activities required using the concierge service or getting a taxi which was very costly. This was only provided on Day 1. I was not aware of this when booking.

Delightful stay at an excellent location. Staff service and responsiveness were great! Positive: Excellent location at walking distance from the best beaches in the island. Pool and poolside bar were very nice and served quality drinks. Staff were super helpful and responsive. The included breakfast was delicious too. We loved that beach chairs, umbrella and towels were included! Negative: N/A
